HPR Dosage Guidelines

CMO(cerasomal-cis-9-cetylmyristoleate), pronounced sera-somal-cis-9-see-tul-meer-is-toll-ee-ate, is a dietary joint supplement that supports the natural ability of joints (knee, hip, shoulder, fingers, toes, etc.) to move freely and easily.

CMO Capsule Dosage: Take 3 Duoflex CMO capsules twice a day for ten days. Always take on an empty stomach. A second treatment may be beneficial to some users.

If you have a history of chemotherapy, radiation treatments, taking immune suppressing drugs or extensive alcohol or tobacco use you may want to consider taking the herb, milk thistle (Silymarin) for3 to four weeks before starting Duoflex CMO+HPR. Milk thistle is a well recommended liver cleanseproduct. Suggested use: follow the directions on the product bottle.

Take each dose of CMO on an empty stomach with 8 ounces of water.

Digestive Enzymes

Duoflex has the appropriate digestive lipase enzymes in each CMO+ capsule for easy digestion and maximum benefit.

Diet Restrictions:

The following items MUST NOT BE CONSUMED while taking CMO and for two weeks after finishing all of the capsules. These substances suppress the immune system and reduce the effectiveness of CMO, which acts as an immune system modulator. You may return to your usual eating pattern after this time period.

Alcohol (beer, wine, liquor) products containing caffeine (coffee, tea, chocolate, colas, Mountain Dew, Excedrin, etc.)

Any foods that you know, from past experience, may aggravate your comfort level
Laxatives, although not an immune suppressant, may encourage elimination of CMO before absorption

During DuoflexCMO+HPR treatment, eat as healthy a diet as you can.

Why? Excess dietary fat, sugar and white flour stress the immune system.

Diet Recommendations:

Lean meats and poultry

All fish – especially sardines, salmon, blue fish, yellow fin tuna, mackerel (all are high in omega 3 fats)
Fruits – all
Vegetables – all (except those known or suspected to cause a worsening of your symptoms)
Nuts – unsalted are best
Drink at least eight to ten 8 ounce glasses of plain water each day. The importance of this recommendation can not be overstated!!
